events on weekends from Memorial Day weekend thru Labor Day.
The $
25.00 application fee that is submitted with the Request for Outing form for
the use of the course and /or facilities will be refunded, provided the clean
up of the course and /
or
facilities is status quo per the Superintendent.
The
applicant must remove all trash from the premises.
Requests
must be submitted for approval at least 30 days prior to the event.
Other
members may use the course during the event.
Play
must be confined to the time and number of holes listed on the application.
If a
Club Member’s cart is used, the borrower must be the individual using the cart
and is responsible for the return of the cart in the condition in which it was
borrowed. The borrower should provide
written consent of the cart owner to the event chair person.
