And at any adjournment thereof, and/or to vote at any subsequent balloting on any matter considered at the aforementioned meeting; as fully and with the same effect as I might or could do were I personally present with full power of substitution and revocation, hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney or his substitute shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof; and I hereby revoke any proxy and proxies heretofore given by me (us) to any person or persons whatsoever for the above purpose.

Return the original or a copy of the Proxy by one of the following methods:
1) Hand delivery before the annual meeting or during the time allotted for voting.
2) Fax to 896-4803 no later than 3:00 PM on Thursday May 27, 2010.
3) Return to the secretary or any board member prior to the meeting date.
4) Place in the safe at the club.
